2020 was a strange year. I’m sure its events have affected us all. There was good and bad. Dave and I sincerely hope that in spite of the challenges you made some fond memories. It seems unlikely that any of us can go an entire year without some good mixed in with the not so great.
Now we’re starting a fresh, new year and it’s always seemed like a good time to be inspired. To feed our motivations. To reflect. To set some intentions and goals.
I think often of this advice from Marcus Aurelius:
“When you arise in the morning think of what a privilege it is to be alive, to think, to enjoy, to love …”

No matter what happens, Dave and I have appreciation and happiness that we got this chance. This precious life to live. All around us is the wonder of creation. We can’t control a lot of external circumstances and so we try not to get bogged down by the plights of humanity. Everything is unfolding as it must. Now set your eyes on the dawn of a New Year and make sure you live a good story!
